Terms of Service & Studio Policies

Thank you for choosing Miami Recording Studio. To ensure a professional, productive, and respectful environment for all clients and staff, please review the following terms of service and studio policies prior to booking.

1. Booking & Payment

  • Studio sessions must be booked in advance via our official booking platform or by direct contact with studio management.

  • A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm a session. All fees are listed clearly during the booking process.

  • Session time includes setup, breakdown, and any necessary file transfers.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule without penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are subject to a $50 cancellation fee or loss of deposit (whichever is greater).

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full session rate with no refund.

  • To reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

3. Studio Time & Conduct

  • Please arrive on time. Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time, regardless of client arrival.

  • Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. Any disorderly, disruptive, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

  • Only booked clients and their authorized guests are permitted in the studio.

4. Files & Data

  • Clients are responsible for providing all session materials in advance or at the beginning of the session.

  • Miami Recording Studio is not responsible for lost, corrupted, or deleted files after the session is completed.

  • Clients are encouraged to bring their own storage device for file transfers or request delivery via cloud services.

5. Equipment Use & Damage

  • Our equipment is professionally maintained. Any misuse or intentional damage caused by the client or their guests will be the client’s financial responsibility.

  • Do not adjust or tamper with studio wiring or configurations without permission from an engineer or staff member.

6. Media & Promotion

  • By booking a session, you grant Miami Recording Studio the right to use behind-the-scenes photos or footage for promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.

  • We respect your privacy—notify us if you’d prefer not to have your session shared on social media.

7. Liability

  • Miami Recording Studio is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to client property while on the premises.

  • Clients and their guests enter the studio at their own risk.

8. Agreement

By booking and attending a session, you agree to comply with all policies outlined above. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in refusal of service and forfeiture of payment.
